We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Outsource Manager to join our team. As Art Outsource Manager, you will act as a force-multiplier to Lighthouse Games’s inhouse art team by engaging with external teams across the globe to leverage additional skills and bandwidth. With a combination of Art and Production attributes, you will govern the flow of content, budgets & specifications to ensure assets are delivered to world-class quality.
Key Duties Include

• Define and maintain an Outsource assets creation pipeline. Including asset preparation, specification, approvals, feedback and file integration aspects
• Working with Design and Art Teams to create asset lists
• Collaborate with Production to ensure assets are delivered on time and budget
• Keeping up to date with the latest external partners to identify the best teams to collaborate with
• Keeping up to date with latest industry techniques to improve quality &/or productivity

Requirements

• Experience of working in an Outsource or Art Manager role
• Demonstrable knowledge of current game art content creation pipelines
• Proven experience of working on realtime game projects and render engines
• Fluent knowledge of 3d art authoring tools such as 3dMax, Zbrush, Substance etc
• Fluent knowledge of Production tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS suite
• Strong organizational skills and disciplined work habits

• Experience of photogrammetry
• Passion for video-games
• Interest in motorsport
