Assistant Aftersales Manager required for a Main Dealer in Dagenham

Salary from 35,100 PA + Bonus + Company benefits

We have a fantastic opportunity for anAssistant Aftersales Managerto join us. You'll be responsible for assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operations of the Service Department and anticipate and identify customer needs.

You'llbe responsible for maximisingthe use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner.You'll be able to make a difference and motivate other team members to achieve their business goals.

• Have you gained experience in a main dealer?
• Are youself-motivated, committedandtenacious?
• Have you had team leadership experience, and have a proven track record?
