Our esteemed client, a leading supplier of cables and cable accessories in the UK, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as a Assistant Branch Manager.

Hours: Monday to Friday, No Weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the depot sales team.
• Act as a key point of contact in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Manage team goals, providing guidance and support to ensure peak performance.
• Contribute to supplier agreements at the branch level.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or operational roles.
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a team under pressure.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach to drive sales.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Software.
