Full Job Description

About the role: 

• Create innovative designs that meet the customer needs for design, fit, style, quality and are trend lead
• Working closely with the design team and buyers 
• Working in line with the critical path to meet deadlines set
• Take into consideration budgets set and challenge your designs accordingly

About you:

• A real passion for design within the Boyswear industry 
• Graphic & Print Design experience would be an added bonus
• A natural interest in trends with a good eye for colour, detail and excellent taste level
• An enthusiastic communicator with great personal skills
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment, working to set deadlines with enthusiasm and confidence
• Previous experience working within a UK brand, high street retailer or supplier

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified to degree or equivalent in Fashion or similar subject.
• An excellent level of skill within Illustrator and Photoshop
• Highly organised
• Garment/fabric based knowledge is desirable
• CAD/Adobe Suite essential
