 Location

The Warren at Abersoch, Wales. Assistant General Manager will oversee all aspects of the operations and ensure satisfaction on all services provided. The core duties include managing staff, overseeing facility maintenance, developing budgets and creating marketing and promotions campaigns. whilst overseeing the Spa and Leisure Departments, concessions and maintaining  the required standards within the premium Residential park.

 Key Accountabilities 

  • Smooth running of the park and events with THE Warren.
  • Maximise revenue potential from suppliers and clients with budgetary controls to exceed all expectations with park overview. 
  • Managing the park in the absence of the General Park Manager.
  • Direct line manages the Park Manager of Tal y Fan and Crugan.
  • Ensure that park standards are maintained  and all aspects of Health and Safety.
  • That park is working towards to exceeding it’s financial budgetary controls with regards sales, Invoicing and collections  for the year.
  • Residential owner welfare through communications and that all residents comply with rules and regulations through rapport and building trust with clients. 
  • Ensure that standards maintained to departmental SOP.
  • Overlooks and manages the Park cost line in line with budgeted costs and sales revenue.
  • Manages the Park operations to the highest standards through the promotion of a consistently high quality of customer service, both to existing and potential clients, with the aim that Haulfryn be regarded as both a service leader in the industry and a service provider of choice.
  • All HOD'S Department are managing the Rota Planning and Timesheets for payroll purposes on a monthly time scales
  • Ensure all compliance training is adhere through Heads of departments. 
What will you bring 

·     5+years previous experience as a manager or a similar role, which includes multifacet operations, within the leisure or hospitality-based businesses/ sector. HolidayPark industry experience is highly advantageous.

·     Interpersonalskills for building and developing relationships with customers, including highnet worth / profile individuals

·     Writtenand verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range ofpeople, both internally and externally, as well as excellent presentationskills

·     Previousexperience of leading teams and managing teams inspiring, engaging, and drivingperformance of both individuals and teams, to achieve business results

·     Financialand Commercial experience, including setting budgets, forecasts and deliveringdevelopments and initiatives.
