Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for inclusive practices.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to support students with diverse needs.
• Lead on the development and implementation of effective inclusion policies and practices.
• Contribute to whole-school improvement and leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of inclusive education and strategies to support diverse learners.
• Passion for promoting equality and ensuring every child reaches their potential.
• SENCO qualification.
