PURPOSE OF ROLE |
Assisting the Store Manager in
motivating and inspiring the team to achieve individual and store
KPI’s, ensuring the individual and collective skills of the team are
utilized effectively to assure a great colleague and client experience
and to optimise the profitability of the boutique. |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY |
- Ensuring the
Bucherer Way is followed and adhered to in the whole selling cycle and
that team members are regularly updated and refreshed in the steps of
the service proposition.
- Train, motivate, manage and coach
team members to reflect brand selling strategies to achieve individual
and store KPI’s.
- Support manager in working with Marketing
to promote in-store events. Assisting with admin and coordination
where needed.
- Driving sales, handling difficult and/or
complicated sales, cash management, and follow-up with clients.
- Communication and monitoring of all sales targets and KPI’s,
by brand and salesperson. Taking responsibility for the achievement of
all KPI’s within the team.
- Support manager in ensuring
mystery shopping standards are in line with brand requirements and
following up with management, coaching and support where needed.
- In the Manager’s absence, holding daily and weekly staff
briefings.
- Assisting the Manager in identifying training
needs and liaising with brands to arrange appropriate learning
sessions and tools for all team members.
- Assisting the
Manager where appropriate in salesperson recruitment.
- Assisting in administration duties, including compliance, stock
taking, scheduling and filing.
- Support manager in ensuring
all team members receive reviews and appraisals in line with business
goals.
- Assisting the Manager in weekly trade reporting,
conversion reports and CRM where appropriate.
- In the
Manager’s absence, Liaise with Security contractors and cascade
information concerning ongoing potential fraud or robbery threats to
the business.
- Supporting manager in delivering an excellent
back of house operation that supports the needs of the boutique and
facilitates optimal trading results in a safe and secure manner.
Partnering with the Safety and Security Manager where needed.
- Assisting Manager with the continuous development of high
potentials within the boutique.
- Responsible for ensuring
that boutique is compliant with all Bucherer policies relating to
business ethics and Code of Conduct.

PRACTICAL / TECHNICAL KNOW HOW |
- 3-5 years
previous experience in a supervisory / people management role
- Experience of working within a luxury retail environment
with excellent industry knowledge
- Excellent people
development skills, identifies and employs a variety of techniques to
support the development of others, covering skills, knowledge, and
behaviour.
- Knowledge of compliance, working in accordance
with Bucherer UK compliance and policies
