A Residential Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager is sought for this highly successful independent Estate Agency based in the Moreton in Marsh area.

The ideal candidate will be a sales professional with previous residential sales experience and have the drive and passion to help grow a business. You must have exceptional customer service skills, charisma, energy and enthusiasm along with having the ability to build rapport whilst maintaining long term business relationships

Skills: Skills: Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager role will include:

• Previous experience as Senior Sales Negotiator
• Accomplished at generating and winning new business
• Managerial experience advantageous
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Moreton in Marsh and the surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Residential Sales
