Full Job Description

• Overseeing the project and site managers reporting into you.
• Ensuing the client/designers specifications and requirements are achieved.
• Review and update the programme while recording and monitoring costs.
• Reporting to a visiting Director, who will share responsibility of the sites.
• Progress report into Director.
• Co-ordinating with the architects daily to reach targets.

• Has inception to completion project managing experience, managing projects with design and build / high end experience.
• Can provide evidence of holding the position as the project manager on a similar sized project.
• Professional qualification and proven experience in construction and site based work experience up to supervisory level.
• Proven experience in early engagement with the design team.
• Can complete and upload site documentation to the required system.
• Has experience of liaison with public bodies and has extensive client facing experience
