As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a talented Assistant Project Manager to join their passionate team.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of projects within the Heritage, Arts, and Culture sector. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  2. Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  3. Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
  4. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication and alignment.
  5. Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  6. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and action logs.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and processes within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in a project coordination or assistant project management role is desirable.
  3. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. Passion for the Heritage, Arts, and Culture sector and a commitment to preserving cultural heritage.
  7. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera is advantageous.
