Assistant Relationship Manager - Real Estate Finance

Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in the Midlands office.

Our client is a highly successful lender, with multiple regional hubs across the country.

They focus on short-term residential, commercial property investment as well as light and heavy refurbishment works and ground-up development finance.

This role will be supporting the midlands origination team who are scaling their team in-line their growth aspirations.

About the Assistant Relationship Manager - Real Estate Finance

As the Assistant Relationship Manager - Real Estate Finance you will have an exciting opportunity to develop both your technical and client servicing skills in an origination team who focus on clients with typical borrowings between £1-15m in residential/commercial investment and residential development financing.

As an Assistant Relationship Manager - Real Estate Finance your responsibilities and duties will include:

• To provide support to the originators on all aspects of customer service and administrative duties;
• To provide a first class service to the property customers and brokers;
• To assist with the preparation of the credit applications;
• To ensure financial statements are received for customers and to follow up for receipt of up to date financial statements on an annual basis;
• To analyse financial statements
