We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our prestigious 4-star luxury country house located in the picturesque Cotswolds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a dedicated team, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning guests.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

 

- Supervise and train restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.

 

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house operations.

 

- Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

 

- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.

 

- Assist in developing innovative strategies to enhance the restaurant's offerings and achieve revenue targets.

 

- Uphold health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment.

 

 

Requirements:

 

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.

 

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

 

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality.

 

- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine pairing and menu development.

 

- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
