JWR is working in partnership with an exciting restaurant group, looking to recruit two Assistant Restaurant Managers with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences for their new opening restaurant in Telford as the group continues to grow.

This new opening restaurant is seeking dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers to support the GM in leading the team and launching the business with a bang!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to uphold the standards of service and hospitality.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and meet financial targets.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise operational efficiency.
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold food quality standards.
  • Innovate and implement creative marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting.
