Assistant Service Manager, Supported Living job vacancy, Shepreth,
Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. Commutable from either Cambridge or
Hertfordshire and easily accessible by car or by train as it is
situated on the Train Line.

Criteria
- Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care.
- Shift / Team Leading / Supervisory Experience
- An excellent communicator who can lead & motivate a team.
- Experience of working with Children, Adults or Young People with Learning Disabilities.

would be working within a CQC Rated Outstanding Supported Living
Service for young adults with Learning Difficulties and complex needs.
With fantastic facilities, and the focus being on promoting
independence they support children transition from education to
adulthood.
Duties
- Providing coaching, leadership, and motivation to the dedicated team of Support Workers.
- You will help induct new team members and ongoing mentorship and support.
- Carry out supervisions.
- Ensuring the welfare and safety of the young people you support.
- Keeping all documentation up to date and accurate.
- Undertake Sleep in Duties and waking night duties and on-call responsibilities.
