Job Opportunity: Assistant Supported Living Manager
Location: Carmarthen
Salary: 24,024 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, days only


We are currently seeking an Assistant Supported Living Manager to join our client in Carmarthen. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with senior experience in health and social care to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Supported Living Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the supported living home
  • Assist in the management of staff, including training, supervision, and performance management
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services tailored to the individual needs of residents
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments
  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment that enhances the well-being and independence of residents

Requirements:

  • Senior experience within the health and social care sector
  • Understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable
  • Full driving license and access to own vehicle
