Leading Midlands based Construction and Interiors contractor is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work on boutique hotel refurbishments throughout the UK.

Working on high-end hotel schemes upto 2in value including bedroom, reception and restaurant fit-outs for 4*/5* hotel chains. Fast - track schemes.

Your day to day will include:

• Supporting the Site Manager, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
• Demonstrate good financial knowledge
• Ensure site records are maintained
• Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
• Ensure the project is delivered in a timely manor in accordance with the program.
• Opportunity to lead into Site Management.

High quality refurbishments.

The role requires regular travel and staying away.
