Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant
Site Manager at our new site location. The Assistant Site Manager will
be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily construction
activities, assisting with project planning and scheduling, ensuring
compliance with safety regulations, managing subcontractors, and
maintaining quality standards. The Assistant Site Manager will work
closely with the Site Manager to ensure smooth operations and
successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction project management and site supervision
- Knowledge of NHBC Standards, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in construction software and tools
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management or related field
- Experience with green and sustainable building practices is a plus
