Location: West Midlands, Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 Per annum

A Leading and Award Winning House Builder is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team for a traditional development project in Stoke on Trent. With a solid financial position and a robust pipeline of future projects, this company provides excellent growth opportunities, aiming to promote the Assistant Site Manager to a Site Manager role within 12 months on a new development.

Job Duties:

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all on-site operations
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades
• Maintain quality control and monitor progress of construction
• Manage site personnel and provide guidance as needed
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and team members

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid certification
• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 4 in Construction or related field

Required Experience:

• 2+ years experience as an Assistant Site Manager
• New build housing experience - traditional build desired
