Salary:£40,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits

Qualifications:- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
An established Housing Developer based in the West Midlands is expanding their construction team due to new projects commencing. They are an Award-Winning House Builder with a strong reputation in the industry for high quality and standards. This House Builder are offering progression to Site Manager within 12 months.
Job Duties:- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing construction projects from planning to completion
- Monitor and manage site health and safety procedures
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards
- Manage site logistics and resolve any issues that may arise
Minimum of 2 years experience in an Assistant Site Manager role with a House Builder.
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong understanding of traditional house building and regulations including NHBC
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Good time management and organisational skills
