Assistant Team Manager – Water and Broadband

£25,000 + Bonus

Bolton/ Hybrid

Monday-Friday 08:30 am - 5 pm

We are on the hunt for an experienced customer focussed Assistant Team Manager to join our Quality & Pre-Live Team.

You’ll be responsible for managing relationships between customers and suppliers through your excellent customer service skills and the ability to set expectations across the board.

You’ll also be responsible for supporting teammates ensuring that the operation runs smoothly, and escalated supplier queries are handled quickly and effectively.

A Bit About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the relationships between Love Energy Savings’ customers and our suppliers. You’ll lead from the front utilising your exceptional customer service skills to support the Team Manager in assisting with both teammates and supplier queries - ensuring the team hits weekly and monthly KPI’s.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for covering the Team Manager’s duties in their absence including attending supplier meetings, interviewing, evaluating performance and coaching teammates.

A Bit About You

You’ll be a natural leader with proven experience from a customer service or account management role.

We are big on communication, so you’ll have great customer service skills and the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally. You’ll be empathetic and supportive but be able to challenge where necessary. Attention to detail is one of your strengths along with being a team player.

You’ll also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the capability to learn new and varying IT systems.
