A Building Surveyor is required to enhance the team at a multidisciplinary consultancy in their West Sussex office.
The Building Surveyor's role
The role of the Building Surveyor includes managing a diverse range of projects valued between 100k and 5M, primarily within the education and healthcare sectors. You will play a crucial role in a collaborative team of 5 diverse consultants, overseeing projects across the regions adjacent to the M25.
As the appointed Building Surveyor, you will engage in a broad spectrum of activities such as project management, contract administration, conducting comprehensive surveys, stock condition assessments, and implementing planned preventative maintenance programs.
The successful Building Surveyor will have?
- MRICS qualified.
- A significant amount of experience in a building surveying role, preferably with a focus on project services.
- Previous experience working within the healthcare and education sectors is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
