Senior/Associate Building Surveyor

Responsibilities:

As a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor you will lead and contribute to significant commercial projects. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Project Management: Oversee large commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  2. Building Surveys: Conduct comprehensive building surveys, assessments, and inspections, providing expert advice to clients.
  3. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in building surveying, staying abreast of industry best practices and innovations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Chartered Building Surveyor with MRICS status.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of building surveying techniques and practices.
  • Excellent project management and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
