We are thrilled to announce our partnership with a reputable infrastructure investment firm with a strong portfolio of 50 PFI/PPP assets worldwide.

Currently, we are actively seeking a Valuations Associate Director to join our central office in London. With ambitious plans to expand our asset portfolio across transportation, healthcare, education, justice, and emergency services sectors, we are looking for a dedicated individual to play a key role in our growth.

The primary focus of this role is on valuations, accounting for 60-70% of responsibilities, along with involvement in transactions. This includes acquiring infrastructure projects in the secondary market and identifying new projects in primary transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising semi-annual valuation processes and Fund NAV using DCF analysis and generating comprehensive reports.
• Maintaining and updating the company's business model in Excel.
• Analyzing and reporting on investment portfolio performance.
• Managing FX hedging to mitigate currency risks.
• Leading due diligence, risk assessment, and financial analysis for asset acquisitions.
• Guiding internal approvals for transactions.
• Providing leadership in bidding for infrastructure projects, including PPP, PFI, and OFTO.

Ideal candidates will have experience in PPP/PFI, preferably in financial advisory, investment, bid-side, or professional services. Essential qualifications include strong financial modeling skills, Excel proficiency, and a track record in international infrastructure.
