Nicholas Scott are working with a prestigious US law firm who are seeking a Corporate Law Associate with 1 to 2 PQE working with energy sector client -examples of the corporate work required would include the following: the sale of an onshore business in Africa; sale of oil and gas assets in the Gulf; the sale of carbon credits; acquisition of an interest in a battery storage platform in Europe etc
The attributes being sought are as follows:
1 to 2 years PQE
Magic circle/silver circle/leading US firm/leading energy firm background
High quality academics from a leading university
Energy/resources experience
Desire to undertake client business development.
French language skills an advantage
Current base salary for those levels are set out below and associates are also eligible for bonus
1 Year Qualified £155,000
2 Years Qualified £165,000
