Nicholas Scott is working with the London Office of a US Law Firm paying New York salary levels.

They have an opportunity for a Corporate Associate qualified in 2021 with experience gained with either a top 10 City Law Firm or a US Law Firm in London. You must be qualified in England and Wales.

You will be joining Corporate Partners advising clients on complex cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. Acting for international private equity sponsors, institutional investors, alternative asset managers, senior management teams, founders, investee companies and other pan-European and international corporates for both transactional and advisory matters.

Range of industries, including media, technology, leisure and hospitality, financial services, manufacturing, real estate and transportation and logistics.

Recognised for Private Equity buyouts in the mid-market.
