Associate Research Director – Quantitative

£46,000 - £55,000 DOE, London

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Associate Research Director to join our growing team, which collaborates across diverse sectors and clients. If you thrive on working with clients, crafting and winning research proposals, excelling in project management, and designing research studies, this could be the ideal role for you.


What we are looking for:

  • Strong quantitative research skills and experience across a range of methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Solid commercial and business acumen, along with proven leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS/Survey Reporter as part of your strong technical skillset.
  • Excellent survey design skills, including expertise in complex sampling and weighting approaches.
  • Experience in effectively summarising research findings.
  • Exceptional hands-on project management skills, with a track record of running complex multi-mode international projects.
  • Previous research experience in an agency environment.
