Audio Typist – Conveyancing
Our client, a multi service law firm with offices in South Wales and the South West are looking to recruit a audio typist / conveyancing assistant to join their expanding team in Swansea.
Applications are welcomed from Legal Assistants / audio typist who have 6-12 months experience working within a conveyancing team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Acting as first point of contact for enquiries, providing excellent customer service to new and repeat clients.
- Audio typing
- Providing an efficient and effective service to the Conveyancers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Demonstrates strong team building and customer service skills.
- Shows a determination to achieve set personal and team KPIs and targets.
- Commitment to working within a quality standard environment.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly.
