Description

  • Leading and managing a portfolio of audit clients across a diverse range of industries
  • Developing strategies and setting goals for the audit teams
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and audit regulatory standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and your team
  • Leading a team to deliver high-quality audit work
  • Allocating, reviewing and approving audit reports and recommendations
  • Must be technically strong in both UKGAAP and IFRS regulations
  • Participating in business development initiatives
  • Managing resources and workflow within the audit department

Profile

A successful Audit Manager should have:

  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
  • Proven practical experience within the UK in managing full process audits
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with various audit tools, systems and software
  • MUST have full UK working rights
