Job Description:

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and assessing their service requirements
• Providing detailed information on service options, costs, and timelines
• Scheduling service appointments and managing the service schedule
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Communicating updates and additional service recommendations to customers
• Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of automotive systems and services
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
