Avaya Telephony Engineer

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: Daily rate  - negotiable

Location: Leeds & remote (hybrid working)

Start: ASAP

IR35 Status: Inside

We require an Avaya Telephony Engineer to support our public sector client's Avaya telephone system.  You will be supporting over 15 service areas across the business with over 600 users.

This role will be a mixture of remote and office-based work in/around the Leeds area

Must have in-depth knowledge and the ability to use Avaya Site Administrator v6, to maintain and change over 50 IVR call flows, with the use of command lines.

A vaya Communication Manager CM6.3

Avaya CMS Supervisor v19

Avaya Experience Portal

Avaya System Manager

Avaya One-X Control Manager

Avaya One-X desktop application

Avaya Workforce Engagement Management (WEM)

Desirable skills (not essential)

  • Knowledge and the ability to administer Netcall Liberty Converse.
  • Knowledge of Genesys CCaaS solution

 

Specific duties include:

Manage and administer over 50 call flows to business services needs

Manage and configure users and licenses

Remedy and incident or escalate where relevant.

Ability to liaise with Service partners, business stakeholders, and 3 rd party suppliers
