BIM Modeller
NCS are looking for a BIM
Modeller to join one of our clients in Leeds. They are a leading
company in the construction sector that offer a Civil & Structural
consultancy of the highest quality across a variety of market sectors.
This position has been created due to company expansion and a growing
workload.
To be successful in your application you must be
experienced in using Revit 3D modelling and you will demonstrate
experience taking part in delivering projects as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC in Civil & Structural Engineering, Diploma, or Degree in a Technical Engineering capacity.
- Minimum of 4 years experience of relevant industry experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or other similar BIM software.
- Ability to work in a team andassist with the delivery of projects from cradle to completion.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to recognise and demonstrate best practice and promote their use throughout the project.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working within a team of engineers and technicians in the delivery of Civil and Structural engineering projects
- Ensuring that you prepare, check and then document structural engineering drawings at all stages of the project. from concept to completion.
- Contribute to the development of good practices.
- Assist your team in preparation of project documentation, pressentations, and detailed drawings, making sure the quality and presentation meet standard requirements.
- Understand international BIM standards for different phases of work.
