BMC Entuity Expert

Full Job Description

Our client, a leading global IT service provider,is recruiting for a BMC Entuity Expert to join their business in the UK .

Qualifications:

• Should have basic knowledge of Networking concepts and terminology.
  

• Good knowledge on Entuity tools and its functionality.
  

• Basic understanding of protocols like SNMP,TCP and routing etc
  

• At least knowledge on basics remedy ticketing system (Incident management).
  

• Understanding of regular expressions and Groovy script.
  

• Good understanding of Network monitoring tools.
  

• Configuration level of knowledge.
  

• Handling all configuration management and end to end delivery of the project.
  

• Integration knowledge with other tools.
  

• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
  

• Generate and schedule reports on a requirement basis and dashboards.
  

• High Availability Knowledge.
  

• Good understanding of Unix/Sql
  

• Basics of shell scripting.
  

• Requirement analysis, estimation, measuring, monitoring, documenting and communicating progress.
  

• Good in communication and customer handling.
  

• Involvement in the activity of live issues and root cause analysis.
