BMS Technical Manager
I am currently working with a leading, Tier 1 Main Contractor who are looking for a BMS Technical Managers to join their Technical Management team covering the Southern Region.
They are looking for this individual to have strong experience with BMS or Controls or have operated as a Technical Manager within an M&E contractor within Building Management.
As a Technical Managers your role will encompass both work winning and the delivery of live projects whilst providing strong functional leadership and design resource on projects in the area from winning the tender through to completion.
As a Technical Manager you will:
- Be accountable for Technical performance of allocated bids & Projects
- Be responsible for the management of BMS design on allocated projects
- Have accountability for technical assessment, coaching and development of Preconstruction Leaders, Design Project Managers & Project Managers & Engineers
- Manage design risk & opportunities with a robust and transparent approach
