Full Job Description

Pulse Mental Health, a renowned recruitment agency specializing in mental health services, is actively seeking an exceptional and experienced Clinical Psychologist. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of mental health services in the bustling city of London.

Position: Clinical Psychologist (Band 7/8a)

Location: London

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting complex psychological assessments and formulating detailed treatment plans for individuals with diverse mental health needs.
  2. Delivering advanced and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, adapting approaches based on individual requirements.
  3. Providing leadership within the clinical psychology team and contributing to the ongoing development of high-quality services.
  4. Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and integrated care for clients.
  5. Leading and participating in clinical supervision, providing support and mentorship to junior staff members.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist.
  2. Proven experience at Band 7/8a level within mental health settings.
  3. Strong clinical skills with a focus on delivering advanced psychological assessments and interventions.
  4. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  5. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of the latest research and best practices.
