Full Job Description

Pulse is currently seeking a band 8a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist with excellent interpersonal skills, to join our fantastic client’s CAMHS team based in Hereford, Herefordshire. This vacancy is available to start as soon as possible, offering part-time hours for a 3-month period.  The role is hybrid, so some time must be spent in the Hereford clinic setting.

The postholder will be responsible for providing highly specialist therapy to children, offering interventions and treatments. The post holder may be required to perform generic CAMHS assessments. As a Clinical Psychologist, the postholder will be essential in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy to children and adolescents experiencing various emotional and behavioural issues.

To be considered for this role, you must:
  • Hold a doctorate in either Clinical or Counselling Psychology
  • Be HCPC registered
  • Have a proven track record in a CAMHS environment
  • Be analytical and show good attention to detail
