As our Bar Manager, you'll be the maestro of mixology, orchestrating a symphony of flavors that captivate our guests' taste buds. Your creative concoctions and charming presence will set the stage for an enchanting experience from the first sip to the last.

The spec for success:

• Up to £12.50 per hour (that's approx. £2,400 pm or £29,000 pa)
• Service charge that works out to about £7,200 pa
• The Total potential package = £36,500 a year
