The Role of Bars Manager will oversee the ordering, stocking, staff recruitment and sales of multiple bars across a large format site. This person needs to be a proven high volume bars/general manager looking for an exciting challenge within this fast paced and constantly evolving business.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for:

• Operating the bars throughout the site
• Delivering budgeted top line sales and ensuring that this is converted in to profit through tight stock control
• Managing a team whilst driving engagement and personal development
• Working with the site management team to execute safe and profitable large-scale event days

The Ideal Candidate for this role

• A proven track record in managing a high volume, large turnover bar operation
• Confident, articulate and highly-motivated
• Well-trained with a good understanding of H&S and due diligence
• Honest, reliable and hard-working
• A high level of personal integrity
• Passionate and proactive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong people skills
• Able to build strong working relationships with team members and tenants
• An understanding of event production and marketing
• Organised with high attention to detail
• Hold a personal licence
• Have an in depth knowledge of stock taking and epos systems
