This role is located in one of the most magnificent 5-star hotels based near Berkshire. They are looking for a forward-thinking and charismatic Bars and Lounge Manager to ensure an unforgettable guest experience.
As the Bars and Lounge Manager, you will take the lead in managing beverage production, ensuring an ever-changing menu of enticing cocktails and training and nurturing the team to maximise their potential. You will also be responsible for inventory management, sales analysis and maintaining the bar to a 5-star standard.
