Position Overview:
 
As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages for our clients guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is not only a master of mixology but also possesses excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a well-organized and stocked bar, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware
• Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to guests
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Keep the bar area clean and sanitized, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure seamless service
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail creations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a similar establishment is preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beer
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beverage service
• TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus
