An exciting opportunity exists for Gymnastics instructors to join the team at Penrith.
We are looking for someone to jump on-board and
use your experience and background in the industry to help teach the
gymnastics program in our Centre.
Covering shifts across the site
this will be a great opportunity for the successful candidate to
assist with the gymnastics program and also help with the growth of
the program.
About the role:
You will
be an essential component in the delivery of YMCA Gymnastics programs
and services. Gymnastic Instructors are required to maintain thorough
knowledge and understanding of all aspects of YMCA gymnastic programs,
educational trends and industry development. The position requires an
energetic, motivated person who is not afraid to use his or her own
ideas and initiative within their class environment.
Must
be keen to learn and develop and must be fun and to keep children's
wellbeing in mind.
To be successful in this role, you
will have
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Intermediate Gymnastics Coach Accreditation (cert II)
- Coach Affiliation/Technical Membership
Recreation
Our Recreation Team is a
close-knit community of energetic people-people, with a passion for
staying active and helping others. From our Duty Managers and Customer
Service Officers, to our Instructors and Coordinators, the team are
responsible for transforming our 24 Recreation Centres into warm,
inclusive and safe spaces – providing access to health, fitness and
