Full Job Description

A super exciting Bid Coordinator opportunity not to be missed. This is your chance to join one of the fastest growing Main Contractors in the UK, a 500m turnover business with projects up and down the country. With 40 x projects on site currently and major growth plans for the next 5 years, this Bid Coordinator position is a mission critical function. Working with the Preconstruction Director and his team, you will help put together best in class tender proposals and PQQs for design and build projects ranging from 15-150m in value. Our client is a multi award winning business, powered by the best construction professionals in the industry, it is a great place to be.

Bid Coordinator roles and responsibilities:

- Acting as the central point for both bidding and graphic updates
- Working with the Preconstruction Director and shape and model tender proposals
- Putting together the content and creative for all docs
- Working with the various preconstruction and operations teams to collate all the relevant information needed for each submission
-Ensuring all PQQs are completed in full and submitted on time
- Making sure company branding is consistent throughout all docs

Bid Coordinator experience required:

- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
- Highly organised
- Personable
- Degree educated or similar
- Strong Adobe InDesign experience
