Key Responsibilities: Oversee bids and proposals, including risk management and bid preparation, to ensure timely and successful submission. Liaise with the Estimating and Pre Construction teams to collaborate on bid strategies and proposals. Maintain accurate documentation of pre-construction activities, prepare progress reports, and communicate project status to key stakeholders.
