- LOCATION(S) :
- HOURS : 35 hours a week until September 2024.
- WORKING PATTERN : Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this Opportunity
This is a Fixed term Contract until September 2024.
As a valued Customer Account Manager, you’ll be carrying out a broad range of Sales and Operational support activities for our customer requiring Car Finance and/or loans.
You’ll be:
- Undertaking face to face and telephony interviews with customers to understand their needs and capture information.
- Inputting information accurately to our systems.
- Providing an excellent customer service to our internal and external customers by adhering to our service levels.

What you’ll need
- The ability to confidently deal with a range of customers.
- Excellent communication skills – Listening to customers whilst providing a positive and efficient service.
- Attention to detail. Accuracy is curial.
- Focused, to ensure service levels are met. ,
