This is a full time opportunity in the Isle of Man on a Fixed term Contract until September 2024.

  • JOB TITLE : Black Horse, Customer Account Manager – Isle of Man
  • SALARY : £29,669
  • LOCATION(S) :
  • HOURS : 35 hours a week until September 2024.
  • WORKING PATTERN : Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

About this Opportunity

This is a Fixed term Contract until September 2024.

As a valued Customer Account Manager, you’ll be carrying out a broad range of Sales and Operational support activities for our customer requiring Car Finance and/or loans.

You’ll be:

  • Undertaking face to face and telephony interviews with customers to understand their needs and capture information.
  • Inputting information accurately to our systems.
  • Providing an excellent customer service to our internal and external customers by adhering to our service levels.

What you’ll need

  • The ability to confidently deal with a range of customers.
  • Excellent communication skills – Listening to customers whilst providing a positive and efficient  service.
  • Attention to detail. Accuracy is curial.
  • Focused, to ensure service levels are met.   ,
