The
Company
Our client has worked in partnership with the
Ministry of Defence for nearly two decades, providing the support
services that enable our Armed Forces to live, work and train on the
UK Defence Training Estate.
Their primary responsibility is to
provide the support services that enable the Armed Forces to better
deploy on frontline operations and return home safely.
They have
a team of around 1,300 skilled and experienced employees working
across the length and breadth of the UK, in a wide variety of roles.
The role
This is a key role required to
successfully secure bookings for the customer across sites within the
region. It is a role that requires the individual to be proactive and
forward thinking in order to ensure that the Client is supported
effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the effective, and timely delivery of all facility bookings
- Scheduling bookings utilising bespoke IT systems
- Provide excellent Customer Service at all times
- Where required, maintain the office filing system in accordance with company policy, both electronic and hard copy files.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of administrative processes and maintain focus to deliver results.
- Support management in providing accurate data to allow optimal solutions to customer requirements and to resolve end user issues.
- Assist in the resolution of complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

discipline or equivalent experience.
Undertake training to meet
the requirements of the role.
Developed IT skills (e.g. Excel,
Word etc
