Job Description

Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the world of luxury retail and fine jewellery? De Beers Jewellers currently has an opening in our Store in Harrods for a Brand Ambassador who is passionate about diamonds, exceptional customer service, and exceeding sales targets. We are on the lookout for a dedicated professional to join our team and uphold our tradition of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance: Drive sales across all categories by introducing our brand to visitors, explaining the rich history of De Beers, and showcase your exceptional selling skills. Maintain client information meticulously and nurture long-term client relationships for the benefit of our brand.

Customer Service Excellence: Act as a brand ambassador, providing impeccable customer service online and offline. Ensure our store atmosphere, displays, and merchandising reflect the essence of the De Beers brand. 

Teamwork: Collaborate and contribute effectively to achieve store sales targets. Adapt to changes and business priorities, sharing knowledge and experiences with your team to elevate the brand's sales effort and development.

Role Requirements:

Experience: Previous luxury retail industry experience is essential, with a preference for those with a background in fine jewelry. A proven track record in sales and client relationship building is a must. We value results-oriented, detail-focused, and customer-centric individuals who are energetic team players. GIA qualification is desirable but not essential.

Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English is required, and additional languages are advantageous.

Qualifications
  • Results and Detail Oriented:  You have a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Luxury Industry Experience:  Previous professional experience in the luxury industry is a must.
  • Energetic Team Player:  You thrive in a dynamic team environment and bring energy to every interaction.
  • Jewellery Industry Knowledge:  Experience in the fine jewellery industry is highly desirable although full product training will be provided.
  • Customer Focus: Your customer-centric approach sets you apart.
  • Additional Language:  Proficiency in an additional language would be a significant advantage.
  • Sales Acumen:  A track record of successful sales and relationship-building.
  • G.I.A. Qualification:  While not essential, a G.I.A. qualification would be highly preferred.
