LUXURY BRAND MANAGER – MARC JACOBS FRAGRANCES

T he Luxury Fragrances team is looking for a high-profile brand manager. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager , this role will give you full ownership for the brand and fragrance category putting you in the driving seat to create and deliver marketing plans, within an allocated budget to achieve agreed objectives of sales, profit and market share.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

As the Brand manager of Marc Jacobs fragrances, you are responsible for the full ownership of the brand .

 

You will work within the Coty Luxury Marketing Team on Marc Jacobs Fragrance brands where you will support the Marketing Brand Director and Senior Brand Manager in implementing the operational marketing strategy in the UK market. You will deploy the Global Strategy in the UKI markets and launch the NPDs developed by our Global teams.  

 

 You will take full ownership of the brands P&L, business/ local brand management and overall execution of Marketing programs including launches in the UK & Ireland with significant media and marketing budgets to manage.  

 

 You r main focus : Brand Strategy and Management, Media ownership, Analysis, Finance and P&L mastery, Team Management & Coaching

 

  • Develop and deliver local initiative launch plans in collaboration with internal key stakeholders ( e.g. sales team, trade marketing, brand finance) and external partners ( e.g. media agency).  
  • Own the brand budget, ensuring effective and accurate budget management including administration of all invoices, monthly accruals and budget trackers  
  • Manag e all brand media, including briefs, agency relationships, global and fashion house approvals and internal alignment, with support from the Senior Brand Manager.  
  • Collaborate with the internal & international merchandising teams to manage the design and production of local POS elements, ensure they follow both Global guidelines and UK market requirements.  
  • Liaising with internal PR/ Influencer Marketing team to drive consumer engagement and off and online reach.  
  • Work with internal teams on forecasts of all new initiatives and correct phasing in line with our sell-out ambitions.
