Brewery Operative Weekend

VACANCY:

BREWERY OPERATIVE - weekends 

We currently have an opportunity for a Brewery Operative in the Anneka area of the factory, on a permanent contract, working a 2-week rotating weekend shift pattern (Friday - Sunday).

The successful candidate will join our Brewery Team in Middleton, where we produce classic British Brands alongside authentic Japanese sushi seasonings and vinegar. 

As a key member of the operational function, this role, has a responsibility to ensure that the products manufactured are to the required safety and quality standards. The team member must ensure that they operate to the site standards, as per training, whilst ensuring that all equipment and production areas are up to the correct standards, including being good condition, without damage, clean, tidy, and suitable for safe operation.
The team member is required to proactively participate in team meetings to understand and contribute to achieving shift targets and ensure that they raise any operational issues, including health and safety, quality, and training concerns, for resolution. They must embrace the two principles, which are to offer only the finest products and continually challenge the status quo.

Friday 06:00 – 18:00

Saturday 06:00 – 18:00

Sunday 06:00 – 18:00

Week 2

Friday 18:00 – 06:00

Saturday 18:00 – 06:00

Sunday 18:00 – 06:00                 

= 36 hours per week

Salary:
£23,064.8 + 40% shift allowance

*During peak season more flexibility will be required
