Building Management System (BMS) Engineer

Location: Beaconsfield

Salary: Up to 55,000 per annum

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented BMS Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our cutting-edge building management systems. This role is primarily onsite, with occasional days in the office and the possibility of overnight stays as needed. The successful candidate must be certified in Distech, Tridium or Schnider BMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct control panel inspections and perform routine servicing to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Test, validate, and calibrate control devices to maintain system accuracy and reliability.
  • Continuously monitor and assess system performance, adjusting as necessary to ensure efficiency.
  • Program BMS systems for maximum efficiency and effectiveness in building management.
  • Perform electrical validation, inspection, and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a BMS Engineer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in programming and configuring BMS systems.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
