Building Surveyor

Full Job Description

RAM Building Consultancy, a leading provider of building consultancy and testing services, is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team.

You will carry out various building surveying works nationwide relating to:

• Project Management
• Feasibility Studies
• Production of Specifications
• Condition Surveys
• Any experience with DfE Condition Improvement Funding (CIF) is welcomed and beneficial but not essential.
• Report writing and budget costings

Desireable qualifications / skills:

• Driving Licence required
• MRICS or CIOB preferred
• Previous experience in construction management preferred
• Computer literate including good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, One Drive, Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
