Job Title: Building Surveyor Location: London Salary Range: 60,000 - 80,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough building surveys and assessments, leveraging your expertise to deliver precise and actionable insights.
• Provide expert advice on building-related matters, including construction techniques, maintenance strategies, and renovation solutions.
• Navigate Building Insurance Claims with finesse, ensuring accurate assessments, documentation, and adherence to policies.
• Serve as a trusted Building Consultant, offering strategic guidance and innovative solutions to clients.
• Utilise your proficiency in Quantity Surveying and Estimating to support project planning and cost management initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Chartered status (MRICS) with proven experience in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or related roles.
• Extensive experience in handling insurance losses and familiarity with insurance policies and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations, construction practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all assessments and recommendations.
